That’s why we created Wellness at Budgalong — a space to pause, to restore, and to reconnect with the land, with yourself, and with the people who matter most.
Here at Budgalong, we live and work on a 7,000-acre sheep and cropping property in the rolling hills of Spicers Creek. Wide open skies stretch as far as the eye can see. Kangaroos hop across the hills as kookaburras cackle in the gum trees, and if you’re lucky, you might spot an echidna shuffling through the grass. Life here moves at the rhythm of nature — steady, grounded, and deeply connected.
It’s a wild country experience. A digital detox. A rare chance to step away from the bustle, soak in the stillness, and be fully immersed in nature.

Our philosophy is simple: everything is interconnected, and balancing is the key. No one is perfect. We all have off days, and that’s normal. What matters is building the awareness to notice, the mindset to take action, and the tools to keep going.

During your stay, you’ll be guided with calming tools, rituals, and small luxuries that create the perfect environment for sleep. Practice Over Perfection
At Budgalong, we believe in progress over perfection. Wellness is infinite, not finite — there’s no finish line. Some days you’ll feel strong, others you’ll feel flat. That’s why we encourage the 80/20 approach: when one area feels low, simply top it up.
